Black and White Woodcut Small Scale Train Tracks

Black and white woodcut based on one of my hand drawn designs - cut out with a laser - then printed up using an vintage printing press.  Truly a blend of modern and traditional techniques!  The wood grain is very evident in the design and the print and lends itself to the depiction of railway sleepers.  The hand made quality of my print making is evident in this design - please do not expect precise measurements and the straight lines of a real railway track!

This small scale needs a fabric that can reproduce detail well - such as organic sweet pea gauze or satin.    The size of the fabric repeat is 15cm x 14cm (5.91in x 5.62in).  Napkins in this fabric would be a fantastic present for anyone who loves trains.
