Abstract Pink Sleeping Cat Fabric and Wallpaper

A pair of sleeping cats created as an abstract design - at scale, it looks like a 1960s wallpaper but close up you see the cats in a relaxed pose.  The cats are a warm pink on a mustard background.

These sleeping cats have been designed with the concept of 'Notan' in mind - where the foreground and background have equal importance. I have always enjoyed Warhol's depiction of cats too - that he was able to convey such character with only a few lines.  Finally, I absolutely love the pink of David Hockney's painting.  All these sources of inspiration were channelled into this design!
